The BonFeu Plancha with a diameter of 40 cm is made of 3 mm thick steel. The baking plate has rings at the bottom to distribute the heat as effectively as possible. The BonFeu logo is lasered on the plancha. This griddle is suitable for the following products:

Suggested use:
Remove the removable lid from the fireplace and place the griddle on the vacant opening of the fireplace. Be careful of the heat released when the fireplace is burning. The griddle will heat up quickly, allowing you to cook with gradual heat.
Maintenance advice:
Easily clean the plancha with the special BonFeu spatula. Allow the plancha to cool thoroughly before cleaning with hot water. The baking tray is not dishwasher safe. Store the griddle greased in a warm dry area to prevent corrosion of the steel.
