These smoke chips are ideal for use with fish, poultry and pork.

Do you like a light, spicy smoke flavor? Then these apple wood-based chips are perfect!

Use the wood chips as follows:
Place these wood chips in water for 30-60 minutes before using them (1 handful pererkg of meat).
Then drain the wood chips and spread them over the coals. As soon as smoke comes out of the BBQ you can put the meat on top, just above the wood chips.

The result is fantastic!
