These smoke chips are ideal for use with poultry, ribs, game and pork.
Do
you like a strong smoke flavor with a slight bacon taste? Then these hickory wood chips are perfect!
Use the wood chips as follows:
Put these wood chips in water for 30-60 minutes before using them (1 handful per kg of meat).
Then drain the wood chips and spread them over the coals. As soon as smoke comes out of the BBQ you can put the meat on top, just above the wood chips.
