Instructions for use
For optimal results, use Air Wick refills in your Air Wick freshmatic.
1. Determine the place where the atomizer should be installed/attached. To open, press the button on top of the atomizer and separate the two parts. Place the atomizer at least two feet above the ground.
2. Make sure the adjustment knob on the back of the unit is at the point/position OFF. Insert two AA/LR6 batteries into the unit, observing the correct polarity.
3. Before inserting the refill, make sure that the piece in red plastic of the mechanism is properly raised. If it is down, raise it using a fine pencil. To insert the refill into the atomizer, set the aerosol atomizer down and insert the atomizer attachment into the location provided. Make sure that the opening of the atomizer attachment is properly facing the front of the atomizer.
4. Close the atomizer. Orient the atomizer away from the face before activating it. To activate the atomizer, adjust the atomizer by choosing the interval between each atomization. Once activated, one atomization will occur after every 15 seconds. If no atomization occurs after 15 seconds, turn off the atomizer and check that steps 1 and 2 were performed correctly before repeating step 4.
5. Close the atomizer again and place it in the desired location before spraying the next spray. Make sure the atomizer is properly attached. To change the spray program after installation, position the atomizer away from the face.
6. When the refill is almost empty, the red light flashes faster, indicating that the refill should be replaced soon. Place the device away from the face, place the adjustment knob on the back in the "OFF"/on point position, insert the new refill according to the instructions above.
