Description: The Oyster Mushroom can be recognized by a light beige to light gray flat fan-shaped cap, 5 to 15 cm in diameter, a small stalk and clearly visible lamellae on the underside. The flesh is white, fibrous and soft. The Oyster mushroom has besides the white also a pink and a yellow variant.
