Hermie Online BV cares about your privacy. We therefore only process data which we need for (the improvement of) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy is applicable to the use of the website and the services of Hermie Online BV as derived from it. For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie BV. Mollie BV reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Purpose of data processing


General purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give. We will not use your details for targeted marketing purposes. We do send a maximum of once a week an e-mail with garden tips. This mail is mainly intended as advice with user information about certain products, informative articles and experiences and to a lesser extent weekly promotions. If you want to unsubscribe, you can do so very easily by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each garden tips mailing.

If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date other than at your request, we will ask you for your explicit consent.
