These BBQ chunks give off a mild, smoky flavor and are an ideal match for pork, beef and chicken, but they can also be used to flavor fish. These BBQ chunks should only be used in a charcoal barbecue with a lid.
Instructions for usePlace two to three chunks between the hot briquettes or charcoal. For best results, it is important that smoke is first generated in the BBQ before placing dishes on the grill rack.
Do not place the dish to be prepared directly above the chunks on the grill rack. Always grill with a closed lid so that the smoke can penetrate the dish properly. Add more or less chunks to taste. Enjoy!
