GARDENA MDS starter set for terraces

The Micro-Drip Watering Terrace Set from GARDENA is a handy system for watering up to 30 plants on your terrace. The system is ready to use and contains everything you need for efficient and water-saving watering of individual potted plants with different water needs, as well as plants in planters.

Setting up the Micro-Drip-System is easy and requires only a few steps. You simply connect the set to a tap, lay down the tubes and place the drippers next to the plants. All instructions are clear and easy to follow.

The system uses reusable MDS parts, making it durable. It incorporates two patented coupling technologies: the Quick & Easy coupling technology for 13 mm parts and the Easy & Flexible coupling technology for 4.6 mm parts. These couplings are easy to connect, expand and disconnect again, giving you flexibility in adapting the system to your needs.

The Master Unit 1000 is the starting module of the Micro-Drip-System. It regulates the pipe water pressure to about 1.5 bar and distributes the water evenly to the connected pipes.

The set also includes several drip heads, including adjustable Endline Drip Heads. These allow you to adjust the water supply to the individual needs of your plants so that plants with different water requirements are optimally watered. The water output of the drip heads is adjustable between 0 and 15 liters per hour.
