Oca du Perou - Clover sorrel tubers (also: Oca du Bolivie) are planted April-May and harvested November. The recommended planting distance is 50-60 cm in the rows and 100 cm between rows. The yield of the 3-6 cm tubers is good relative to their size and disease resistance is also very high, but moderately resistant to cold. These tubers are ideal for light baking. These tubers come in a 50 g bag.
Tip: To obtain a good harvest, it is important to cover the stems lying on the ground with soil from July onwards, as the tubers form there.
