Product information "Rosmarinus officinalis 'Prostratus' - pot - 20-30 cm (Creeping Rosemary)"

The creeping rosemary has very rich blooms. It is slightly more frost sensitive than the other varieties of rosemary

CULTIVATION TIPS:
Rosemary is a perennial herb that loves sun and warmth. The plant is hardy, but in severe frosts it is advisable to cover it if it is not in a sheltered spot. The herb prefers a sunny spot and chalky, dry soil and does not need much nutrition.

USES:
Rosemary is used both fresh and dried. We use it as a fire herb on the barbecue. It is delicious with baked potatoes. We can also add some rosemary to hot vegetable and tomato preparations, marinades, lamb and pork, oily fish, egg dishes, vinegars and butters.
Rosemary is a protective and strengthening herb. It has an antiseptic effect and is a good antioxidant. The herb promotes blood circulation and stimulates the functioning of liver and bile.an infusion of rosemary (pour 20 grams of rosemary on 1 liter of boiled water, let it steep for 10 minutes) reduces flatulence and quiets cramps. If we add a few sprigs of rosemary to our bath, it will stimulate the blood circulation, relax painful muscles and joints and clear a tired and sluggish mind.
