Pheromone against the chestnut leafminer moth (Cameraria Orhidella). The capsule is active for 6 weeks, 4 weeks in warm months. 1 capsule per bag.Place this capsule in a funnel trap (not included).

This pheromone attracts male chestnut moths and thus prevents reproduction. Female moths can no longer lay eggs if they are not fertilized. As a result, the leafminer corridors in the leaves of the chestnut tree are reduced

Every 6 weeks replace the pheromone capsule and supply the trap with clean water with a little detergent. 4 capsules are sufficient for the whole season from April to the end of September. Hang 1 trap per large chestnut tree, starting from mid to late April and combine with a tree glue band. Female moths climb up the trunk. By applying a tree glue band, the female moths will stick to this or be prevented from crawling up the tree. This way you work on two fronts and start seeing results faster.

How to use
Drop the pheromone into the basket of the trap and close with the cap. The pheromones are all individually packaged in an aluminum pouch allowing you to drop the pheromone capsule directly from the pouch into the basket. This ensures that you do not contaminate the pheromone with the smell of your hands. You should NOT open or touch the pheromone.
