Product information "Chard Green Common 50 grams"
Chard Ordinary Green forms many green leaves with thin petioles. The leaves are harvested young and several cuts can be made from the same plants. The taste is nice and fresh. Chard is eaten like spinach. Sowing: From mid-March to late August can be sown regularly. Then you will always have fresh chard. Sow in rows 25 cm apart. Keep a distance of 5 cm in the row. Chard does well in any soil. Keep the soil moist: water regularly in dry weather. Harvest: depending on the sowing time from May to October. Cut off the leaves a few centimeters above the ground. The stubble sprouts again, so that after a few weeks you can harvest again from the same seedling.
