The BonFeu Plancha with a diameter of 34 cm is made of 6 mm thick steel. The griddle will hang directly above the fire, allowing you to use the griddle in no time. The BonFeu logo is lasered onto the baking plate. This plancha is suitable for the BonVes 34.

Suggested use:
Place the baking plate on the opening of the fire basket. Be careful of the heat released when the basket is burning. The griddle heats up quickly, allowing you to cook with gradual heat.

Maintenance advice:
Easily clean the plancha with the special BonFeu spatula. Allow the plancha to cool thoroughly before cleaning with hot water. The baking tray is not dishwasher safe. Store the griddle greased in a warm dry area to prevent corrosion of the steel.
