These organic seeds Stamslaap Kievit laag can be sown from mid May to early July in the garden. Excellent for fresh use in various dishes, but one should remove the beans from the pods. You can also save the beans for later: as soon as the pods feel like parchment, harvest them and dry them in the wind. If used later in the year, the beans should be soaked overnight before use.
