For which pool is this heat pump suitable?
The Hot Splash heat pump is suitable for above ground pools up to 12,000 L.

Which filter pump do I need?
This heater works perfectly in combination with a filter pump with a capacity of 2,000 L/h.

How does the heater work?
The heater heats the pool from 10°C outside temperature. Do not place the heater against a wall because the air supply must be able to work properly. Connect the hoses from the filter pump to the inlet and outlet of the heater. This heater operates on mains power so must be placed near a wall socket. Thanks to the compact model, it does not take up much space. The heater is so connected (plug & play) & can be easily operated thanks to the convenient control panel. Unlike many other heat pumps, you don't need a bypass kit for this model. Just check the water flow rate regularly and make sure there is enough water in the system. The power supply and cable connections should also be checked regularly.

At a temperature of 15°C 5 kW
At a temperature of 26°C 6 kW

🙋‍♂️Tip from poolboy Marcel: to keep the pool water warm as long as possible, it is better to cover the pool in the evening with a tarpaulin or combine it with a solar cover.

Maintenance?
Is the swimming season over? Then clear the pump of water & dry it, and store it indoors. Did you forget some water in the heat pump? Don't worry because it is equipped with the unique NoFrost™ system which prevents it from freezing.
