The "Anna" chicken coop is equipped with several useful features, such as a laying nest, a window, a step ladder, a perch and a hinged roof. In addition, the coop is raised on legs, which allows chickens to take shelter under the coop. This chicken coop provides space for about four chickens.Important info about our chicken coops: they are made of untreated pine, which is susceptible to moisture and mold. Our advice? Give the wood an extra coat of water-repellent paint or stain, but only on the outside. Move the hutch to a dry place with tiles or under a shelter, avoid direct contact with damp surfaces. Regular thorough cleaning and thorough drying is key (every 2 to 3 weeks). Additional tip: provide adequate ventilation and avoid excessive straw or wood sawdust that may impede air circulation.
