Thanks to this Intex filter pump, your pool stays wonderfully clean. So you can enjoy a fresh dip every time! 🥽
The dirt remains in the filter cartridge and the clean water is pumped back into the pool. Besides clean & clear water, the filter pump also circulates the pool water, allowing the added maintenance products (chlorine, pH...) to do their job better. This makes your maintenance products last longer. This is also advantageous for your wallet. The filter is therefore the most important part of the pool!
✅ Ensures clean pool water
✅ Fewer maintenance products needed
✅ Suitable for smaller to medium-sized pools
For which pool is this filter pump suitable?
This filter pump is suitable for pools from 800 to 4,500 L.
Do you choose an Intex pool? Then the following pools are compatible with this filter pump:
- Intex Easy Set pools with Ø 183 cm, Ø 244 cm and Ø 305 cm
- Intex Frame pool with Ø 305 cm
What is the capacity of this filter pump?
This pump has a capacity (pump flow rate) of 1,250 L / h. Once you connect the pump to the pool, the pump begins to clean the water. Because of the water flow, the pump will lose power. This is called the system flow rate and is 1,136 L/h. So the actual efficiency to filter the water is lower than the capacity of the filter pump. Keep this in mind when choosing an appropriate filter pump for the capacity of your pool and the accessories you want to connect to it. Would you like to connect a solar mat or vacuum cleaner? Then you need to make sure your filter pump is definitely powerful enough to drive these accessories! So be sure to compare pump flow rate & system flow rate values.
What cartridges do I need?
A cartridge filter pump works with cartridge filters, also called cartridges. For this pump, you will need type H cartridges.
How should I maintain the filter pump?
- rinse the filter every day and after each use with water with sufficient pressure
- replace the cartridges regularly so that the pump can optimally filter the water. How often you should replace the cartridges depends on how intensively the pool is used but we recommend replacing the cartridges every 2 weeks on average. Turn off the pump when replacing the cartridges.
What is the difference between a cartridge filter pump & a sand filter pump? And for which pool do I choose which pump?
A cartridge filter pump primarily holds back coarse dirt, while a sand filter pump purifies much more precisely. Cartridge filter pumps are therefore ideal for smaller & medium-sized pools that require less maintenance. Sand filter pumps keep medium to large pools clean.
