'Nano Merveille Mix' is a beautiful summer aster in shades of white, pink and blue. Asters are native to China, it is a popular ornamental plant in the flower garden but it is also a very good cut flower. Asters can also be planted in window boxes, but make sure there is good drainage.
Sow in a cool place from mid March to mid April under frames or mid April to mid May in beds in open ground. As soon as the plants are large enough prick out and transplant at the beginning of May, keeping a planting distance of 25 centimetres.
