    The GARDENA Splitting Axe 1600Sis ideally suited for splitting firewood or medium-sized logs The specially coated axe head does not convert energy into friction, but into impact energy. The stainless steel impact guard protects the handle for a long service life. The ergonomically shaped handle has a soft grip for a comfortable and secure grip.

    The balance point is close to the axe, giving perfect balance and weight distribution. The PA (fiberglass-reinforced polyamide) handle also makes the axe durable and robust. With the hammer function, large logs pose no problem and you easily and effectively drive a wedge into them (no steel wedges).
