The spaghetti pumpkin is a very distinct type of pumpkin. The pumpkins are light yellow, elongated and they grow to be about 20-25 cm long. These pumpkins should be cooked whole for 20 -30 minutes. Then remove seeds and after that the stringy flesh can be removed from the pumpkin. Delicious, mildly sweet taste, yellow flesh. Sow mid April in a greenhouse, prick out in pots and transplant mid May, or sow then outdoors and transplant in June.
