This Intex Krystal Clear salt water system keeps pool water wonderfully clear & clean, and without chlorine!
This filtration system converts pool salt into natural chlorine so algae & bacteria are killed. So you can enjoy a clean pool, without the use of chemical chlorine.
That's ideal for water rats with chlorine allergies and prevents red & itchy eyes.

The unit is compact & has a sleek design. On the control panel you can see all the necessary info & set it up.
This salt water system has a self-cleaning function with a 10h cycle.

Tip: always connect the saltwater system last in the cyclic setup between pump & pool.

How does a salt water system work
Fill the pump with pool salt and run the system. The pool salt is then converted to natural chlorine. It then releases powerful oxidants that kill the algae, fungi & bacteria in the water. You only need to fill the system with the pool salt once. The salt is reused every time. Attention: the pool salt must be purchased separately!

Which filter pump do I need?
In order for this system to work properly, you need a cartridge filter pump with a capacity of a minimum of 1,136 L/h or a maximum of 3,785 L/h.

For which pool is this salt water system suitable?
The Krystal Clear can be applied to pools up to 8,327 L (8.32 m³). This system is suitable for round or rectangular pools up to 366 cm in diameter.

How does the control panel work
- Timer: you can set the timer between 1 and 12h. It automatically starts at the same time every day.
- Self-cleaning: this function is set on a 10h cycle. It works in the background when the salt water system is on and produces chlorine.
