Now you don't have to climb at all: with the GARDENA Battery Telescopic Pruning Shears TCS 20 / 18V P4A you can work from the ground with a firm foot on the ground.
Because the telescopic saw weighs only 3.5 kilograms, you can easily work with it. It is handy, compact and cuts accurately. With its blade length of 20 centimeters and telescopic handle, you reach branches up to four meters high - without having to climb or endanger yourself on a wobbly ladder.
Thanks to an LED indicator directly on the handle, you are always aware of the current charge level. With the included 2.5 Ah 18V battery, the runtime is up to 50 minutes or up to 200 pruned branches with a diameter of 50 millimeters.
The narrow cutting head is practical in two ways: if you tilt it, you can reach narrow spots in treetops. And you can also chop branches lying on the ground without having to kneel or bend down. This way, you can get the cuttings into a manageable size and dispose of them easily.
The saw support at the tip of the blade allows you to keep the telescopic saw stable. You can also use it to pull branches that have already been cut from the tree, if they don't fall to the ground by themselves. Last but not least, it protects the chain when cutting near obstacles.
If you want to transport or store the pruning shears, you can easily separate them into two parts without tools.
