Suggested use:
Place the griddle on the opening of the fire basket. Be careful of the heat released when the basket is burning. The griddle heats up quickly, allowing you to cook with gradual heat.
Maintenance advice:
Easily clean the plancha with the special BonFeu spatula. Allow the plancha to cool thoroughly before cleaning with hot water. The baking tray is not dishwasher safe. Store the griddle greased in a warm dry area to prevent corrosion of the steel.
