Suggested use:
Remove the removable lid from the fireplace and place the griddle on the vacant opening of the fireplace. Be careful of the heat released when the fireplace is burning. The griddle will heat up quickly, allowing you to cook with gradual heat.
Maintenance advice:
Easily clean the plancha with the special BonFeu spatula. Allow the plancha to cool thoroughly before cleaning with hot water. The baking tray is not dishwasher safe. Store the griddle greased in a warm dry area to prevent corrosion of the steel.
